How much do you reckon the Escort Cossie wheels are worth? Enough to sell off and buy another set of wheels for profit?

Selling the wheels wouldn't really get any profit, at least not to get wheels one would want. I think the car will probably make £2k but it could go for anything, but I will be watching the auction...

2k? I'd never imagine a Sierra would be that expensive in the UK. Even if it looks like a rather immaculate specimen.

The 4x4 tips the balance, XR4X4 are extremely rare and good Cosworth can be £5k-crazy. This is basically an XR4x4. These are now really considered classics. If you want a £500 runaround then you'd buy an old (95-2001)Mondeo or Fiesta

Yeah, a good Cosworth would catch 10-15K here in Norway.. but the XR4x4 is not that costly, perhaps because we never really liked the cologne engine or something.. But I'll admit that the 2.9 was a better engine than the 2.8, Janspeed proved that. Anywho, the Sierra is a great car if it's in a good condition, it handles rather well, it's fun and quite a looker.
